Ericsson also faces strong competition from Asian rivals Huawei. Vestberg did not disclose the plan of Ericsson which the operating agencies will go into the Asia to reduce costs.

Vestberg also stressed that Ericsson will continue to strengthen its operations in Canada, he said: "We are talking about Montreal, our confidence in the development is so firm, Ericsson had the 25-year history here, and here is the biggest R & D center for us. " and we have the confidence to compete with the rivals, that can force us to change the operating system. And we will experience the challenge we have never face.
